What happens after I place an order online?
Submit your order, simply wait for a few short moments and you will receive an email confirmation of your order from loveintuition.com as well a tracking number.
How long will it take to receive my purchase after I have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order, please expect to wait up to one week for it to arrive.
What are standard shipping rates in Canada?
Shipping rates will depend upon on the size and dimensions of your package and the location where it is being shipped. For example, the rate for a package with the dimensions 4x3 by one inch would be $19.87 (Canadian) for ground shipping within three to five business days and $32.14 (Canadian) and may take one to two business days to ship.
I know that TOUS is an extremely popular brand and I am worried that what I want may be out of stock.
Intuition is proud to be the only distributor of TOUS in Canada, thus making it high in demand. Not to worry though; any item ordered that is not in stock will be shipped directly from the Spain and will arrive at Intuition within seven business days Customers should expect their purchase to arrive within ten business days after placing an order. PLEASE NOTE: once shipped through your desired shipping method Intuition can not control the length of time each shipping company takes once we drop them off. Please

Does the store have gift cards?
When in doubt, you can never go wrong with a gift card. Purchase a gift card to Intuition in any amount you choose. It will then be e-mailed to the recipient, who can print it for use at his or her convenience. The best part is, there are no expiration dates on gift cards!
How do I pick up my on-line Pandora order?
Please note that all Pandora merchandise purchased online is available for pick-up and payment in-store only.

Custom Orders
Custom orders may take up to two weeks. All custom and personalized orders are final sale, including engraving, letter necklaces, and any items made with white gold, rose gold or diamonds.
Does Intuition do jewelry repairs at the store?
We are happy to clean all Pandora bracelets purchased in-store at Intuition FREE of charge. Intuition does repair jewelry. We will have to see the item being repaired in person to give you an accurate estimate for the cost of repairs.
How do I care for my jewelry?
The best and safest way to clean your gold and diamond jewelry is by soaking it in a gentle dish soap and warm water.
Sterling silver will oxidize and tarnish over time. To clean your silver and restore its shine, special jewelry cleaners and polishing cloths are available for purchase in-store.
What is Intuition’s return policy?
Save your receipt!
All on-line orders can be exchanged up to 30 days after purchase.
In-store purchases may be exchanged up to 30 days after the date of sale either for merchandise or an in-store store credit.
Please note that for hygienic reasons, all earring purchases are final sale.
